While on vacation in Alaska we experienced difficulty with our Dodge Ram 2008. We were directed to Diesel Doctor by the Dodge Dealer in Fairbanks. We want to express our thanks for the great service we received from management and staff at Diesel Doctor. The owners wife took us out to pick up some lunch and then the owner drove us back to the campground when it was found that the work couldn't be completed that day. We appreciated so much the service and information given to us from Vern and for the care he took to explain everything to us.While on our way back to Saskatoon we had an issue which Vern was able to solve over the phone.
